What are Webinars?

Webinars are 60-minute webcasts that feature one or more subject matter experts that speak about their work in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) field. Through social media, students watching the live stream can ask questions of the expert(s) and have them answered in real-time. Webinars help make science material relevant and engaging for students, creating real-world connections with practicing scientists.
